Last month, Chab Events organised an exclusive experiential dinner for some of Fuji Xerox’s VIP clients in Singapore. (Read all about it here!). This week, we brought an equally special experience across the sea to Hong Kong where 9 of Fuji Xerox’s Hong Kong based VIPs enjoyed a private corporate dinner with a splash of fun! This time, the dinner took place at AnOther Place, a private lounge and dining room space with a splendid harbour front view, headed by American Chef David Myers.
The lucky nine partook in a private mixology class where they learned how to make two cocktails – Long Island iced tea and Insomnia. They enjoyed their self-made cocktails while mingling inside the Hip Cellar before making their way back to the main dining room for their 6-course gourmet dinner.
During dinner, each dish was served with two kinds of wine; One from the West and the other from the East. Guests then chose which wine they liked better with the accompanying dish, all while a personal chef was there to explain each dish to them.
The guests were thoroughly pleased with the overall experience of a mixology class and experiential dinner complete with a personalised wine tasting session.
If you’re planning an experiential dining event in Singapore or around the region, trust Chab Events to deliver an amazing experience for everyone.
